INGREDIENTS
  • 1 6-ounce container nonfat fruit-sweetened yogurt
  • ½ cup nonfat milk
  • ¼ cup fresh blue berries
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1½ cups chopped ice

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
