 Horseradish-Sour Cream Sauce

This quick-to-assemble sauce is excellent with beef and pork.

Yield: Makes about 1¼ cups

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup regular or reduced-fat (not nonfat) sour cream
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and white pepper

Directions

In a small bowl, stir together the sour cream, horseradish, mustard, and vinegar. Season with salt and white pepper to taste.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve, up to 4 days.
